From the home screen:
- Select Health conditions.
- Select All health conditions.
- Read through the important notice about sensitive information you may see and select Continue.
This option is not available for everyone and depends on your GP surgery.
If you do not see this option, you may be able to view this information in Appointment notes and other updates.
Incorrect or missing information
If any information in your health conditions is incorrect or missing, contact your GP surgery.
