Viewing allergies and adverse reactions - NHS App help

From the home screen:

1. Select Health conditions.
2. Select Allergies and adverse reactions.

Depending on your GP surgery, you might not have Health conditions as an option on the home screen. In this case, you can select Allergies and adverse reactions from the home screen.

Incorrect or missing information

If any information in your allergies and adverse reactions record is incorrect or missing, contact your GP surgery.
